Shipping policy

The cost of your delivery is £30 to £40 and we offer free delivery for large orders and trade discounts, please contact us for more information before placing your order. Mixing coving styles will not incur additional charges. Please contact a member of our sales team to find the right designs and save money!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will my order be delivered?

All deliveries will take place within 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is processed, unless otherwise advised on the product page or by a member of our team. All deliveries take place between 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday. A tracking number will be provided where applicable by email. For bulky deliveries we will call or email to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please ensure you provide an appropriate mobile number at the checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in UK Mainland and for other areas please call or email for shipping costs. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are suitable for its purpose. If you’re unsure in anyway please contacts before ordering, we are always here to help.

How will my big & bulky order be delivered?

For bulky deliveries we will call or email to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please ensure you provide an appropriate mobile number at the checkout.

All big & bulky items will be delivered by large lorry to the kerbside. Please ensure there is suitable access to the delivery address, and before ordering please call us if you have any questions.

Please note your photo ID and Signature is required for all online orders paid by credit card.

Damages: Although it is extremely rare for damage to occur during transit, please remember that a consignment must not be signed for if there is evidence of any significant damage. Check the contents of your package and report any damage to us within 24 hours so we can arrange for replacements to be sent. An emailed photograph of the damage must be provided before we re-send.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
